What's better? san shou or Systema?
I recently heard about the Russian martial art called Systema. Systema is used by special forces. As for China, its elite special forces are learning san shou, so I was wondering what is better? san shou or Systema? thnx
San Shou is great, I've been doing it about two years. Mix it with a little struggling and you have yourself an honest Mixed Martial Artist
