There are so many positive things to say about this product, it is difficult to know where to start. I will try to avoid covering too much ground familiar from other examinations. Let us start by saying this: it is absolutely works. This that is great about this program is that it covers all your fitness needs. Whereas most workout videos / programs tend to focus either on strength training or cardio or flexibility or target specific areas, P90X does it all.

As someone said, the package for 13 DVDs is great, and any excess waste. Nutrition Guide is very informative and well written, and is the book they are training. I follow the food guide to the letter 'T' since I'm on a budget, but they are recipes for just about individual taste.
The reason I included an examination of the ordinary power of 90 was to express how much I am impressed by the improvement and greatness that the P90X routine is.

A major aspect of this training program is that you need very little to actually use.

I agree with all reviews positive previously described for this product. This is the only product "infomercial" that I've ever bought, and I did it because I could say it was the real deal. No quick fixes, just a solid plan to follow for someone who is willing to work hard. Some thoughts:
