I took an intro class kempo karate Ryuta there any other martial arts should i tryout?
iam interested in martial arts, iam a student with bills to pay, but I think its worth it. I had a practice session, but I think I should continue looking. The trainer called kyu / polanderkempo with jujitsu added. The melee combat was amazing. My question is whether their other arts which correspond this hand arts fight against the hand, takedowns, and grappling.
I suggest further research by visiting other schools. I agree with katana. Personally, I would never train BJJ when I was planing on competition in the UFC. I do not think I'll Never get stuck on the ground in an octagon. But because I trained in judo and jujitsu traditional than I can defend and manage a stand-up or floor. I'm sure there are other styles that gives you what you need or desire. Just find the best class, affordable for you!
