Where can I buy Martial Arts videos?
I want to start doing martial arts …. I heard it is very difficult and good for the body. Where can I get a Martial Arts DVD … to learn by myself ….. Jeet Kune Do or Kung Fu …. one of these. Thank you!
Videos should be used as for recovery. The only way to really learn a martial art is to have a qualified instructor. Even instructions on the best video they can not offer you feedback in real time. Just because you think you are preforming a movement You can properly be doing wrong in the video can not fix.
