What martial art should I do kung fu, karate, or Taekwon do?
I am 13 years old and of medium build. I've never done a martial art schools my area of teaching Kung Fu, Taekwon Do, and Karate, I was wondering between the three states which are your favorites.
They are all styles and its really good to you. Although remember tht how good a school is far more to do with the instructor, a good instructor and how much effort you put in makes all the difference. I do not know much about Kung Fu being honest …. Just that its so-called style lighter. Under strength and necessary power, they focus on other ways to win. Tae Kwon Do is a good style …. my friend in the train and we togethor spar sometimes. It is very similar to Karate, if you take a traditional classroom, not so much sporty class inorder. Its basically karate but with an emphasis on kicking. Furthermore, it depends on what you want in a martial art … I personally would not choose the tae kwon do, the type of its sport … Thats just because I prefer the look martial art on the fabric of sport, but to each his own. Karate is a good style … Its what I do so I'm biased, of course. I train in Shotokan Karate. Karate is a very solid, well rounded style. It was not really a specialty ot focus on one type of technique, as kicking in Taekwon Do. So this is not a sport of great style based on … if you do not have all these things, its about art and self defense. Its just up to you! Go see each category and see which looks like your kind of thing.
