What is the best MMA gloves?
I practice a lot on the heavy bag so I'm looking for gloves with padded bar Within the palm. I'm not looking for websites where I can go shopping, I'm looking for a recommendation specifically on a glove and then if you know where I can find these gloves cheap, I'd be happy as well as advice. Thank you.
Honestly MMA Gloves are not the best to use on the heavy bag, I spend only a small part of my training with MMA gloves heavy bag, and I'm only about two weeks to from a struggle to get used to the impact with them. much better using gloves or bag gloves wrapped there, or boxing gloves. Less likely to skin your knuckles or get above the blisters between the fingers that the real work bag with MMA gloves can give you. Regarding gloves you want, check Sports Authority or your local sports stores, almost all of them carry some form of MMA gloves now. I think that the way you use the marks and names of such do not matter that much. Make sure that if you use MMA gloves on the bag, your hands are wrapped in them. MMA gloves do not have the support you need and you can damage your hands good enough, not to mention you will not get the conditioning hand you need because you will not be able to hit as hard as you can still wrapped.
