Kickboxing questions, need answers please:)?

Ok so 1.The kickboxing and Muay Thai the same? Ive seen vids of both, and the same 2.If I get a school for kickboxing at my current age (15) are my struggles with or without protective gear, just curious, not that I really need lol. 3.Do training include stronger muscles such as push ups, crunches, etc. maybe some weight? It One reason why I want to go to TKD kickboxing, we do not do these workouts at my school and I feel weak …

1) A Many people think that the art of Muay Thai kickboxing is exactly the same. The reality is no, both are totally different martial arts, the only similarity is that both martial arts are arts rather than striking arts grappling. Muay Thai is a traditional martial art that is practiced in several countries of Southeast Asia. It uses kicks and punches, but unlike kickboxing, it also uses shots knee and elbow. It is therefore completely different because the most important initiatives and common Muay Thai moves are based on knee and elbow. This is one reason that art is also known as "the art of eight members" Kickboxing is a modern sport, it uses kicks and punches only. Very rarely, throws and locks are also included in the kickboxing program, although they are left to battle competition. The common mistake of thinking of the two arts that led to the same the belief that kickboxing is a version of Muay Thai with several techniques disposal, in other words other people think of kickboxing watered down version Muay Thai. There are also differences between the training methods of the two arts. Kickboxers train to increase their endurance and strengthen the power of their keystrokes. They attempt to do so by building muscles and members of hardening. Kickboxers also train with modern equipment such as treadmills. A fighter Muay Thai attempts to increase the effectiveness of its intense attacks by hardening and rupture. The Muay Thai fighter also trains for endurance and strength, like a kickboxer, while the methods may vary. Muay Thai traning methods remain exclusive to art. Since the world is now literally the same, they can both use the same training methods. 2) I think for starters, they must use protective gear. because Kickboxing rules about the same as boxing nearly (weight class, etc.). 3) focus on TKD kicking art, sometimes they neglect the importance of force upperbody, it is good if you can apply your skills to TKD Kickboxing but on one condition … You should not use flashy or Kick Invented in the ring against a kickboxer when they punish you for that =)
