Discover how to master the Wing Chun Wooden Dummy

I am a sucker for anything that relates to Kung Fu. Especially when it comes to discovering various art forms of fighting. I started watching these awesome kungfu videos months and I'm really passionate about fighting. My skills have greatly improved. The thing is, I began to feel a little tired after a while. There is only so much you can do with fists and feet, but no air.

But check this out. I'm into something very impressive. It is called the Wing Chun Dummy and this thing is real case. That's how it works. Wing Chun Dummy is a dummy training wooden goods intended to be used by martial artists to increase power, strength and overall ability in any arena of combat. If you think that the fight against a wooden dummy is silly, think again. If you think your hands and legs are hard, my brother you in trouble!

Basically, you just whack the hell of this thing and behave as an opponent. quite funny if you ask me. A word of advice by the solid: Make sure you know how to achieve this thing, because if you do not know what you made, it will hurt! Believe me, I learned very quickly how much damage you can do for you if you do not learn the proper way to hit a wooden dummy. It's not like he can fight back, but it is a hard, compact piece of wood we are talking about here. Be careful. Expect bruising and even bleed your first sparring sessions. I'm not joking.

Then I began to beat on this thing for a while and watch the training DVD model at the same time and in the days, I began to feel stronger. My muscles feel stronger, denser and better able to take the penalty. I felt I could take anything! My endurance is amazing after only a few weeks. It was incredible. I had a lot of injuries war, namely bruises on my legs and elbows, but the increase in capacity was worth it. The first time you kick this thing full power You'll scream like a little girl karate. The tibia is no meat on it. But it is hard, fast. You can find much more difficult than you can be human practice. Just imagine how much power you can generate in your back, shoulders and triceps … terrible things.

He also was a good change of pace on the DVD even old kung fu training, I was looking forward. Make no mistake, these things are great and I arrived where I am today. But after a while, it is good to one notch and try new things. It worked for me. I started forward to training more and more each day, even with some self-inflicted shots I took.

Another technique used on the dummy is the act of removing finger. This has always been one of my favorites. I remember watching a movie when I was a kid and this guy practiced stitching This wooden board several times and was finally able to really break someone with them and crush their trachea. Now I does not advocate any harm to anyone, but I always wanted to be able to have that kind of power at my fingertips. Thank you to the Wing Chun dummy, I have and more.

Power, speed, technique, same tenacity … everything is possible by training with a dummy wing chun. Former kung fu masters have sworn by it for 5 centuries, who was I to argue?
